PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring cytokine production ability of blood, concerning blood collected from a subject to which an antibody against cytokine which is a measuring object is administered. SOLUTION: In this measuring method of cytokine production ability, the blood collected from the subject to which the antibody against cytokine which is the measuring object is administered and a material inducing cytokine production from a blood cell are incubated, to thereby produce cytokine, and then the first pretreating step of dissociating an immune complex comprising cytokine which is the measuring object and the antibody against cytokine, and the second pretreating step of separating the dissociated cytokine are executed.
