PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring member of a meter capable of being manufactured without mask painting. SOLUTION: The ring member of a meter is disposed along the rim of a dial of a meter. The cross section of the ring member cut in the direction orthogonal to the rim of the dial is formed in a closed-end parabolic shape, and the ring member is molded in two colors with a resinous inside ring section having light absorption or light transmission and a resinous outside ring section to be plated. A contact surface section where the inside ring section comes into contact with the outside ring section is formed from the upper part on the inner peripheral surface side of the ring member to the bottom section of the ring member.
