PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent fluid in a flow passage from remaining while increasing strength of the whole bellows. SOLUTION: The bellows 10 are composed of a flow-in side mounting part 11 on an inlet side for washing liquid, a flow-out side mounting part 12 on an outlet side for washing liquid, and an extension and contraction part 13 positioned between the flow-in side mounting part 11 and the flow-out side mounting part 12. A spiral outer peripheral channel 15 is formed on an outer peripheral face 13A side of the extension and contraction part 13, and a spiral inner peripheral channel 18 is formed at a position for preventing interference with the outer peripheral channel 15 on each inner peripheral face 12B, 13B side of the flow-out side mounting part 12 and the extension and contraction part 13. The inner peripheral channel 18 is continuously extended from a flow-in side mounting part 11 side to an opening end on a flow-out side mounting part 12 side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
