PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for repair hard to bend, formable into suitable thickness and easy to handle, and to provide a waterway structure using the panel for repair, and its construction method. SOLUTION: The panel 100 for repair is integrally formed into quadrangular shape by clamping the front and rear of a concrete plate 15 by a finishing inner plate 11 and repair object wall side outer plates 13 formed of thermoplastic resin. The concrete plate side face of the finishing inner plate 11 is provided with a plurality of parallel anchor protrusions 17 widened at the tips and embedded into the concrete plate 15, and the opposite face is formed as a flat face. The repair object wall side face of the repair object wall side outer plate 13 is protrusively provided with a plurality of repair object wall face abutting legs 21, and a side part 13b extending along one of a pair of parallel sides 23, 25 of quadrangular shape is provided with a male-type engaging means 27, while a side part 13c extending along the other of the pair of parallel sides 23, 25 is provided with a female-type engaging means 29 engaged with the male-type engaging means 27.
