PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylate resin composition having excellent heat resistance, transparency, chemical resistance, impact resistance, molding processability and thermal stability. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 80-30 mass% polyarylate resin and (B) 20-70 mass% polytrimethylene terephthalate resin. In another aspect, the thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by compounding (C) 0.01-3 pts.mass of an organic phosphorus compound with 100 pts.mass of the whole resin component of the thermoplastic resin composition.
