PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer light-emitting material having excellent stability and resultantly excellent preservation or driving stability at high temperatures and further long life and to provide an organic EL device and a display device simplifying a production process, achieving a larger area and having excellent durability. SOLUTION: The polymer light-emitting material is composed of a polymer containing a structural unit derived from an iridium complex. Furthermore, the iridium complex is represented by general formula (1), etc., (wherein, Z<SB>1</SB>represents an atomic group for completing a 5- or a 6-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring; Z<SB>2</SB>represents an atomic group for completing a 5- or a 6-membered carbocyclic ring or heterocyclic ring; the rings may have a substituent or a condensed ring; R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>represent each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or the like; and R<SB>3</SB>represents a substituent having a polymerizable functional group).
