PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oxazole derivatives capable of synthesizing various analogous compounds of polysubstituted oxazole widely used as a medicine and an organic material, being easily prepared and useful as an oxazolyl group-introducing reagent that can be stably handled, a production method of the oxazole derivatives and a method for introducing an oxazolyl group using them. SOLUTION: The oxazole derivatives are represented by general formula (1) wherein R<SP>1</SP>represents an alkyl group, an aralkyl group, an aromatic group or the like; R<SP>2</SP>represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aralkyl group, an aromatic group or the like; and R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>may be the same or different from each other and each represents an alkyl group or the like, and R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>may be combined with each other to form a ring.
