PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a care-giver for changing only the bag of excrement without moving a heavy patient at the bowel movement. SOLUTION: The underwear of a bedfast patient is attached with bags 4, 5 directly to the anus and the ureteral opening by using of double-faced adhesive plates, and the inside of the bag has a water-absorbent paper which can be flushed in a toilet not to leak the liquids from the bag, and the bag uses the raw materials which can be reused by cleaning and sterilizing, and the main sections are made into parts and integrated by being put together with Velcro tapes so that they can be partially changed, and the partial dirt can be changed partly for laborsaving.
