PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high resolution image by using a super-resolution theory. SOLUTION: During the X-ray imaging, modulated image information of a subject is inputted in a CCD sensor, and frame images successively transmitted are overlapped while a demodulation frequency grid formed by an image memory to have the same frequency as a modulation frequency grid has the same phase as the modulation frequency grid. At the time, the modulated frame image information is made in a pixel array smaller than a pixel size (one pixel) of the CCD sensor to conform to the pixel size (one pixel) of the CCD sensor. Consequently, the image construction is performed on a large-capacity memory, and at the time, the frame images are successively written in, added, and synthesized. The acquired final image is shown as a panoramic image of high resolution on the large-capacity memory. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
