A supporting body (11) composed of a polyester is biaxially stretched. A multilayer film (10) is produced by forming a coating layer (12) on the biaxially stretched supporting body (11). The coating layer (12) is composed of organic or inorganic fine particles, a binder and a carbodiimide compound. The fine particles have an average particle diameter of not less than 0.3 µm and not more than 12 µm. Since the fine particles are securely captured by the carbodiimide compound, separation of the fine particles can be suppressed during the production steps or the following processing steps. The average particle diameter of the fine particles is set at 0.3-12 µm, and the haze value of the multilayer sheet (10) is set at not more than 3%.
