An apparatus for measuring moisture vapor permeability is provided to measure the moisture vapor permeability by controlling an environment condition of a temperature and humidity chamber corresponding to a human body similar to a practical environment. An apparatus for measuring moisture vapor permeability includes a temperature and humidity chamber(11), a measuring chamber(15), a testing region(13), and a control device. The temperature and humidity chamber controls the temperature and the humidity of a previously determined range by a hot water box and a cold water box. The measuring chamber is controlled into a previously controlled temperature and moisture. The measuring chamber has an air drier for supplying dry air. The testing region is fixed between the temperature and humidity chamber to fix the sample for measuring the moisture vapor permeability. And, the control device controls the temperatures and the humidity of the temperature and humidity chamber and the measuring chamber.
