The present invention relates to the field of allergy vaccines and treatments. In particular, the invention provides new methods for desensitizing individuals to an allergen against which the individuals mount an allergic response. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of specific molecules for the preparation of a medicament, in particular, for the preparation of a vaccine for intralymphatic injection for desensitisation of individuals and corresponding methods and kits comprising said compounds.
