<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode capable of improving cycle characteristics, and a battery using the same. <P>SOLUTION: An anode activator layer 12 containing Si as a constituting element is formed on an anode current collector 11. A periodical first indented structure 11A and a second indented structure 11B more minute than the first indented structure 11A are formed on the anode current collector 11. The stress generated by expansion and contraction of the anode activator layer 12 is dispersed by the first indented structure 11A, and close contact of the anode activator layer 12 and the anode current collector 11 can be improved by the second indented structure 11B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
