<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycrystalline ceramic magnetic material which can be fired at a low temperature of ≥850°C and <980°C, suppresses formation of an unusual phase even in a Bi-substituted type, has a small ferromagnetic resonance half band width ΔH and a small dielectric loss tanδ, and has a temperature coefficient αm and saturation magnetization 4π Ms which compensate temperature characteristics of a permanent magnet, and to provide a microwave magnetic substance and a non-reciprocal circuit component using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polycrystalline ceramic magnetic material comprises a main component having a composition represented by the general formula (Y<SB>3.0-x-y</SB>Bi<SB>x</SB>Ca<SB>y</SB>)(Fe<SB>5-α-β-γ</SB>In<SB>α</SB>Al<SB>β</SB>V<SB>γ</SB>)O<SB>12</SB>, wherein x and y are represented by 0.4<x≤1.5 and 0.5≤y≤1.2, respectively; and α, β, and γ are represented by 0≤α≤0.4, 0≤β≤0.45, and 0.25≤γ≤0.6, respectively, provided that 0.1≤α+β≤0.75, and comprises Cu and/or Zr as an accessory component, wherein the content of Cu in terms of CuO is 0 wt.%≤CuO≤0.8 wt.%, and the content of Zr in terms of ZrO<SB>2</SB>is 0 wt.%≤ZrO<SB>2</SB>≤0.8 wt.% relative to 100 wt.% of the main component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
