<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft prevention device and a burglary prevention system capable of improving convenience of a vehicle user as well as preventing theft of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: Determining operation whether input discrimination information and memory discrimination information match with each other or not is started by a security ECU 20 when a signal transmitted from a portable telephone device 3 or a portable electronic key device 4, that is, a determination command signal to express a command to command the determining operation whether the input discrimination information and the memory discrimination information match with each other or not is received by a first antenna 14 for theft prevention and a first communication part 12 for burglary prevention or a second antenna 16 for burglary prevention and a second communication part 15 for burglary prevention.
