<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for creating an artificial organ by transplanting cells, a sort of an internal organ, an internal organ or tissue in the case that the internal organ function of a patient oneself is lost or receives a trouble by a disease or injury. <P>SOLUTION: This biocompatible tool is generally suitable for accelerating the transportation of cells from a first position to a second position and the retention of the cells at the second position. Especially, an implant including a biocompatible supporting body filled with at least 1 kind of a medicine capable of accelerating the transportation of the cells from the first position to the second position and the retention of the cells at the second site is provided. The medicine of at least 1 kind can accelerate the angiogenesis at the implant site or in the vicinity of the implant site, The angiogenesis of the implanted supporting body enhances the survival of the cells incorporated optionally at the inside of the supporting body.
