PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to collect and easily browse business processing request information from a plurality of workflow systems.

SOLUTION: A workflow information management system D is provided with: a business processing request information collection means for collecting business processing request information from each workflow system to each user from each workflow system; a business processing request information registration means for registering the business processing request information collected by the business processing request information collection means in a storage means for making it identifiable for every user; a business processing request information retrieval means for receiving the transmission request of the business processing request information from terminal equipment of each user, and for retrieving the business processing request information to a user relating to a transmission request from among pieces of the business processing request information registered in the storage means in response to a transmission request; and a business processing request information transmission means for transmitting the business processing request information acquired by retrieving the pieces of task processing request information by the task processing request information retrieval means to the terminal equipment of the user relating to the transmission request.
