<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust convenience of a user and securing of security, and to execute printing operation, when there is printing equipment or a print document performed with access restriction. <P>SOLUTION: In this print controller, access right of the user performing printing requirement is collated. When the user is a user not performed with access registration, a user present in user lists of both of the print controller and the printing equipment is extracted, and it is checked whether the extracted user performs automatic print permission setting of the user A or not (step 10 shown in Fig.5, not shown here). When the automatic print permission setting is performed (Fig. 5, step 11/Yes), a print user is changed to the extracted user, data are transmitted to equipment a (Fig. 5, step 12), and printing is executed. When the automatic permission setting is not performed, the user A selects a printing request person.
