PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifying circuit which enables rapid settling by obtaining high output current driving ability in both positive and negative large signal inputs by a little bias current. SOLUTION: The amplifying circuit has current sources P3, P2 with first and second current output ends connected to first and second nodes each, a current source N3 with a current input end connected to the second node, a transformer conductor 9 which converts an input signal from a signal input terminal 1 to a differential current consisting of a first output current and a second output current, a second conductivity type transistor P1 whose gate terminal is connected to the first node, source terminal is connected to a power supply Vdd and drain terminal is connected to a signal output terminal 5 and a first conductivity type third transistor N2 whose gate terminal is connected to a second node, source terminal is connected to a power supply Vss and drain terminal is connected to the signal output terminal 5.
