PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which a hole corresponding to an operating part can be easily aligned with the operating part and a shutter can be easily attached while erecting a display part. SOLUTION: A display device comprises a display part which includes an image display screen at a front side and a display means for displaying an image on the image display screen, push-buttons 51-54 which are mounted on the display part and give operation instruction signals to the display means, and a back cabinet 3 covering the periphery of the display part. The back cabinet 3 comprises an open hole 31 opened around the push-buttons 51-54, a shutter is provided which shuts the open hole 31 and includes guide holes 71-74 corresponding to the push-buttons 51-54, and the shutter 7 is fixed by a small screw.
