PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To listen to audio without being conscious of the presence of an audio output apparatus. SOLUTION: An audio output apparatus 100 is characterized in that a speaker unit 120 is provided in each of slats 111 constituting a slat curtain 110. Therefore, when used while hung down on a window frame, ceiling or wall, the audio output apparatus 100 is capable of outputting audio while achieving a function as lighting or indoor partitioning.
