PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate fixing structure capable of fixing a substrate and a sheet metal chassis in contact without requiring screwing or to provide a plasma television having the substrate fixing structure. SOLUTION: The substrate fixing structure for fixing the printed board at a prescribed position of the sheet metal chassis fixes the substrate and sheet metal chassis by running a plurality of base parts raised from the sheet metal chassis through slits formed in the printed board and further locking the substrate and sheet metal chassis together with lock claws formed on the run-through base parts.
