PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for mounting a heat generation source and a heat sink simply for fixing them to a board reliably for solving the problem that damaging of reliability such as degrading of cooling ability, deterioration of electrical property often occurs since adhesion property of the heatsink and the heat generation source is degraded due to vibration and shock when the force of fixing the heatsink to the board is weak, and that attaching and removing operability is degraded and costs are increased since a mechanism becomes complicated when trying to strengthen the fixing force like a screw stop. SOLUTION: The heat sink 3 for cooling the heat generation source 2 is mounted to the heat generation source 2 and fitted to the board 1 with the fixing holder 4, A slope is provided at the four corner parts of the holder 4, and terminals of the holder are inserted and fixed to board holes installed at the prescribed positions at the four corner parts while the terminals face each other with respect to the center of the holder 4.
