PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolation foundation structure of a building, which enables a building foundation to be inexpensively constructed by simplifying the structure and facilitating construction work. SOLUTION: The base-isolation foundation structure of the building is characterized as follows: isolators 3 are arranged at four corners, respectively; foamed synthetic resin blocks 4 are arranged in portions except the isolators 3, respectively; and the concrete building foundation 5 is arranged on the top surfaces of them, and connected to the isolators 3.
