PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick-walled structure of a sheet-fed offset printing machine capable of performing a thick-walled printing using an inking unit of the sheet-fed offset printing machine. SOLUTION: The thick-walled structure of the sheet-fed offset printing machine is characterized in that the whole or a part of form rollers brought into contact with a plate cylinder are made into roughened surface rollers in the inking unit of the sheet-fed offset printing machine, a plate to be fitted on the plate cylinder is made into a relief plate, and the thick-walled printing whose amount of thickening is adjusted by key inputting of an ink fountain can be performed without using a coater unit.
