ON-VEHICLE DISPLAY DEVICE, AND ITS DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-view display device for visually recognizing each image from different fields on a common display panel capable of enhancing the operability when independently operating each screen without increasing operation buttons for operating each screen.

SOLUTION: It is detected whether a touch panel 120 or an operation button 151 is operated by either operator on a driver's seat side or on a front passenger seat side (Step ST2). When it is determined that it is operated by the operator on the driver's seat side, the display of an image on a screen on the driver's seat is controlled (Step ST3). When it is determined that it is operated by the operator on the front passenger seat side, the display of the image on the screen for the front passenger seat is controlled (Step ST4).
