<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seamlessly connect visual points and lines of sight at the time of switching from a main line image of a broadcast program to an image from an arbitrary visual point, when image distribution service by existing broadcast or the like and image service from arbitrary visual points are provided in cooperation with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The receiving apparatus receives a broadcast stream which includes main line image signals as images for broadcasting and visual point information with respect to the main line image signals, and uses the visual point information extracted from the broadcast stream as a initial value of the visual point of the image from arbitrary visual points when it makes a delivery request for images from arbitrary visual points which are images from arbitrary visual points generated by several images.
