PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor necessary for cleaning a filter disposed on a suction opening in a duct-type air conditioner. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 1 is the duct-type air conditioner capable of being mounted in an under-roof space S, and comprises a casing 2 provided with a supply opening 22a and the suction opening 21a respectively connected with a duct, the filter 4 disposed on the suction opening 21a, a cleaning mechanism 9 for removing dust collected by the filter from the filter 4, and a dust box 11 receiving the dust removed by the cleaning mechanism 9.
