<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device capable of sliding and rotating a second casing against a first casing. <P>SOLUTION: An opening/closing mechanism 4 is used to form a closing state covering an upper surface of the first casing 2 with the second casing 3 and a closing state for exposing the upper surface of the first casing 2. The opening/closing mechanism 4 is provided with a guide groove 5 provided for the second casing 3 and a guide member 6 which is slide engaged with the guide groove 5 and is provided for the first casing 2. The guide member 6 has a case 61 provided for the second casing 3, a shaft 62 provided rotatably for the case 61, a slide member 63 which is fixed to the shaft 62 and is slid and engaged with the guide groove 5 without rotating, and a cam mechanism 7 for controlling the rotation of the shaft 62 against the case 61.
