PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering control device capable of estimating the vehicular behavior state in an early stage in detail, and more specifically, estimating the vehicular over-steer state. SOLUTION: The vehicular steering control device comprises a road surface reaction torque detection means 12 for detecting the road surface reaction torque Test to be received from a road surface by a tire 8 of a vehicle, a yaw rate detection means 13 for detecting the yaw rateγreal generated in the vehicle, and a behavior state estimation means 14 for estimating the vehicular behavior state.
