PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input/output port fixation structure of a heat exchanger capable of correctly and easily positioning an input/output port to a tank, and thereby capable of improving work efficiency and product cost in manufacturing. SOLUTION: In this input/output port fixation structure of a heat exchanger where tubes 6 and fins 7 are alternately arranged between a pair of tanks 1 and 2 arranged oppositely to each other with a predetermined space; reinforcements 8 and 9 are inserted and fixed between both longitudinal ends of the pair of tanks 1 and 2; and the input-output ports 4 and 5 are fixed in an inserted state to perpendicularly intercross with the reinforcement 8 from the longitudinal ends of the tanks 1 and 2, the input/output port 4 (5) and the reinforcement 8 are provided with a projecting part 4c (5c) and a recessed part 8a, respectively, for preventing displacement of the input/output port 4 by being fitted to each other.
