PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member mounting structure for preventing the discoloration of a cover member. SOLUTION: The cover member mounting structure 1 comprises the cover member 10 for covering a structure 52, a boss member 45 mounted on the cover member 10 and extending to the structure 52 for engaging with the structure 52, and a rib 20 fixed to both the cover member 10 and the boss member 45 for reinforcing the boss member 45.
