PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil passage structure for a vehicular transmission device, capable of adjusting the supply amount of lubricating oil and reducing the hydraulic pressure loss of operating oil. SOLUTION: In an automatic transmission mounted on a vehicle, e.g., lubricating oil is introduced through an oil passage a5 of a boss portion 11e of a case into a lubricating oil introduction hole c1 and an axial hole d1 of an input shaft 12 and the lubricating oil is drained through lubricating oil drain holes e5-e18 toward positions of a transmission mechanism. Then, centers CTc1, CTe of the lubricating oil introduction hole c1 and the lubricating oil drain holes e5-e18 are offset to radial directions Rd1, Rd2 of centers CTd1, CTd2 of the axial holes d1, d2. In this case, in accordance with the offset direction and the offset amount, the supply amount of the lubricating oil can be adjusted. Similarly, an operating oil introduction hole is also offset in a supply oil passage which supplies operating oil to a clutch hydraulic servo, e.g., to reduce the hydraulic pressure loss.
