PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front fork with a partition wall member on which an O-ring is mounted and which is inserted into the inner face of a damper cylinder having an oil hole, having simple construction for preventing the cut-out of the O-ring. SOLUTION: The front fork 10 comprises the partition wall member 53 on which the O-ring 53A is mounted and which is inserted into the inner face of the damper cylinder 21 having the oil hole 58. The inner face encircling the oil hole 58 of the damper cylinder 21 is formed as a crater depressed portion 58A which is depressed from the other inner face in the radially outward direction of the damper cylinder 21.
