PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure tank capable of filling a clearance between an attachment groove and a backup ring, and capable of being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: A first backup ring 90 and a second backup ring 92 are pushed from a high pressure side through an O ring 100, and slide to directions different from each other by overlapped tapered surfaces. That is, the first backup ring 90 slides to a mouthpiece 20 side, and the second backup ring 92 slides to a valve 32 side. As a result, the clearance 82 between the respective backup rings and the ring attachment groove 80 existing in (A) state is filled by the respective backup rings in (B) state. The ring attachment groove 80 may be machined into a relatively simple rectangular cross section, and machining is easy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
