PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Western style formal wear and a formal wear system each facing character of each kind of courtesy and courtesies of various religions and sects, intended for offering possibility of selection in wearing a present one-way Western style formal wear, in view of pluralistic courtesy ideas of a Japanese society, on a base point of the Western style formal wear considering respect to Buddhism courtesy. SOLUTION: This formal wear which faces Buddhism courtesy as as a priority assignment is formed by assembling using a knit fabric and a nonwoven fabric applied with symbolized elements as a religious doctrine or symbol for a lining making an inner wall surface of a wear. Furthermore, the pluralistic formal wear system considering courtesies of Buddhism or various religions and sects is formed by attaching to an inner wall surface of a wear main body, a removable and exchangeable lining having symbolized elements different from those of the lining of the wear main body, or a reversible removable and exchangeable lining and changing, exchanging, or removing the front and back.
