PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder heating device capable of reducing the clogging of powder. SOLUTION: The powder heating device has a body 21 of a manifold body comprising a first columnar part 21A having a powder feeder 1, a distributor 2, a torch 4 of a DC plasma generator, and a hole 22 connected to a pipe T2 from the distributor 2, a second columnar part 21B having branch holes 25b, 25c in which the diameter of an opening part connected to these holes is larger than the diameter of these holes, and the diameter is gradually reduced, and a third columnar part 21C having holes 26a, 26b in which the diameter of an opening part connected to each branch hole is larger than the diameter of each branch hole.
