PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable composition that has a desired thickness, shape and foamed structure, an effect of a reduction in sink/warp of a molded product by extrusion molding or injection molding, an effect of enhancement in dimensional stability, and heat stability during molding, when producing a fine bubble foamed product of≤10μm bubble size by the use of a photo-acid/base decomposing foaming process using an active energy ray. SOLUTION: This foamable composition comprises an acid-generating agent generating an acid or a base-generating agent generating a base by action of the active energy ray, and a decomposingly foamable compound having a decomposingly foamable functional group capable of decomposing and eliminating one or more low boiling point volatile substance by reacting with the acid or the base. The foamable composition for the extrusion molding or the injection molding has a thermal decomposition temperature of≥180°C and a foaming initiation temperature of≤130°C.
