PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find an obstacle in front of a user on the ground in walking at night by fitting an illuminating device including a light emitting diode to the top of the toe of a shoe. SOLUTION: In order to reduce the size and weight, the light emitting diode and a button type battery are used, and fitted and fixed by a hook-and-loop fastener.
