PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing/drying machine having a simple structure for heating and capable of heating washing water by a heat pump equipment. SOLUTION: The washing/drying machine comprises a water tub provided inside an outer frame case, a washing/drying tub rotatably provided in the water tub for storing laundry, and a heat pump equipment comprising a compressor for compressing refrigerant, a radiator for radiating heat of the compressed refrigerant, a regulating valve for decompressing the compressed refrigerant, and a heat absorber for absorbing heat from surroundings by the decompressed refrigerant. The heat pump equipment is fitted to and supported by the water tub. The radiator of the heat pump equipment is arranged in a lower part of the water tub. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
