PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat transfer efficiency in a temperature reaction part of a reaction vessel. SOLUTION: The reaction vessel is obtained as follows. A recessed part for housing a reaction liquid is formed in the central part of a well 33. A lid 34 in a hermetically sealed state is detachably attached to the recessed part of the well 33 with a protruding part 34a thereof. A prescribed amount of the reaction liquid 38 is introduced into the well 33. When the well 33 is closed with the lid 34, a part of the protruding part 34a contacts the reaction liquid 38. A heater composing a part of a heat block 60 contacts the lower side of the reaction part 32 and a heater composing a part of a heat block 62 contacts the upper side of the reaction part 32.
