PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod-shaped article arrangement/charge device which can surely arrange by a plurality of rod-shaped articles to drop in a tray or the like without causing clogging with the rod-shaped articles under the comparatively simple configuration, and effectively save labor under low device cost. SOLUTION: The rod-shaped article arrangement/charge device is equipped with a cubic box shaped container 20 where a bulkhead member 22 having a chevron-shaped cross section is provided in parallel having a little larger interval than the diameter of the rod-shaped article 1 in the width direction on the bottom part, a plurality of column support members 30, 40 including at least one spring member 30 which support the cubic box shaped container 20 in the floating state, and a vibration generation mechanism 50 which is mounted to the cubic box shaped container 20 to prevent the clogging of the rod-shaped article 1 and generates the vibration for the cubic box shaped container 20.
