PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective structure to protect a filler pipe so that the filler pipe is not damaged by grounding on (contacting with) a road surface, etc. and colliding against a curb stone or an obstruction. SOLUTION: A protective member 28 constituted of a cover part 28a and a guard part 28b is mounted on a car body frame 14 so as to protect a part which can be seen from the rear of a vehicle 1 of the filler pipe 14 arranged through underfloor to an oil filler port 13 provided on the rear side of the vehicle 1 from a fuel tank 10 arranged underfloor of a part overlapped with a driver's seat and an assistant driver's seat 9 of the vehicle 1.
