PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull cable operation device capable of sufficiently securing a pulling margin of a pull cable and carrying out work to pull the pull cable from the side of a grip member. SOLUTION: This pull cable operation device 13 is furnished with a base member 60 fixed on a handle bar, the grip member 61 free to rotate, a rotor 62 to which end parts of the pull cables 11, 12 are connected, a guide member 63 mounted on the base member 60, etc. The guide member 63 has supporting parts 91, 92 to support end parts 15b, 16b of an outer tube and is free to revolve between a first position and a second position around a shaft 90 as its center. The pull cables 11, 12 are curved as side surfaces 11c, 12c of the pull cables 11, 12 are pressed on a circular arc guide surface 93 when the guide member 63 is revolved to the second position, and the pull cables 11, 12 are relatively drawn out from the end parts 15b, 16b of the outer tube.
