LABELLED DOCETAXEL

摘要

There are provided deuterated docetaxel derivatives, characterized in that the isotopes are present in the tert-butoxy group. More particularly, one or more of the hydrogen atoms of thetert-butoxy group of docetaxel is replaced with deuterium (<SUP>2</SUP>H). A process for their preparation, their use as internal standard in analytical methods for determining docetaxel and their use in the treatment of leukemia/lymphoma and solid tumors, are also provided.
