<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windmill for wind power generation and a wind power generator capable of generating power even in a weak wind area having a composite wind power generator of lift type and drag type, being silent during operation, having a simple structure, and capable of being easily and inexpensively manufactured and eliminating necessity of maintenance for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: In this windmill for wind power generation of lift type provided with a plurality of blades in the vertical direction around a vertical rotary shaft at substantially equal interval and the wind power generator, each blade is divided into two parts including a front part blade and a rear part blade in the vertical direction, the rear part blade is supported on the front part blade so as to turn by using a dividing line as a rotary axis, and each front part blade is inclined onto a vertical rotary shaft side. The rear part blade is turned in accordance with wind velocity, and this wind power generator functions as the power generator of drag type and Savonius type at start time or under weak wind and functions as the power generator of lift type and gyro-type at high speed time.
