PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress torsional vibration of a driving system while attaining an acceleration feeling matched to a driver's taste. SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including steps of: reading the level of a sport traveling switch (S200) when acceleration torsional vibration suppressing control is being executed (YES in S100); calculating notch filter gain G using a function f which is smaller as the level is larger (S400) when a sport mode is not OFF (NO in S300); and calculating the notch filter gain G as 2 (S500) when the sport mode is OFF (YES in S300).
