<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an upward warped building panel in a press hot plate using a cushioning material. <P>SOLUTION: This building panel 11 is formed by clamping a decorative sheet 13 on the surface side 12a of a plywood material 12 under heating and pressure by the press hot plate 14 through an adhesive 16. The cushioning material 15 is arranged under the building panel 11 in order to absorb the unevenness of the thickness of the building panel 11. This cushioning material 15 has a mat shape formed by knitting thermoplastic elastomer pipes 22 with brass wires 23 used as a heat conductive material and the apexes of the brass wires 23 having a wavy form are exposed to the surface of the cushioning material 15. Accordingly, the cushioning material 15 is excellent in heat conductivity. Further, the thickness of the cushioning material 15 is selected corresponding to the thickness irregularity of the building panel 11. A plurality of sets of the building panels 11 are simultaneously heated and clamped under pressure by steam using a plurality of the press hot plates 14 to be laminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
