摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of information and to quickly disclose useful FAQ by quickly and accurately performing a series of processing concerned with the creation, approval, disclosure, and updating of FAQ to be disclosed in a help desk system. <P>SOLUTION: A help desk server 1 sets up an FAQ management site and allows a creator's terminal 2 to prepare FAQ in the FAQ management site. In order to obtain the approval of the prepared FAQ, the help desk server 1 transmits an approval instruction to a specified approver's terminal 3 on the basis of a previously set approval team and allows the approver's terminal 3 to approve the FAQ through the FAQ management site.
