<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing system for medical accounting capable of reducing the burden imposed on a medical accounting operator by simplifying operation and preventing omission in the charge of medical service fees. <P>SOLUTION: A medical accounting delivery software (medical reminder) is installed in a doctor terminal 5. In the case of conducting guidance to a specific diseases patient, medical treatment action information is stored in an electronic medical chart device 1 using the medical reminder. The medical treatment action information is further transmitted to a medical accounting device 2 from the electronic medical chart device 1. That is, in the medical reminder, guidance fee conduct information and medical accounting transmission guidance fee information are registered in connection with each other, and a corresponding item is selected from the guidance fee conduct information displayed overlapping the electronic medical chart display part of the medical reminder.
